Pale Ale — 5.5% ABV — 28 IBU — Mosaic, Motueka & Nectaron Hops

Our flagship, and the beer we always come back to. A modern, hazy pale ale built to deliver everything you'd want from an IPA's hop intensity, without the weight — lower ABV, easier to drink, built for long afternoons rather than knocking you sideways. Mosaic brings layered berry and citrus depth, Motueka adds a sharp lime-and-lychee snap, and Nectaron piles on passionfruit, peach and grapefruit. Together they make one of the juiciest beers we brew: soft on the palate, loaded with fruit, dangerously easy to keep drinking.

Sur Cou is the summit that sits directly above the brewery — close enough that you can walk out our door and hike straight up to it. It felt right to put its name on the beer that represents us best: unpretentious, full of character, and best enjoyed outside in the sun.
