The name borrows from Mont Fleuri, a 2,511 m summit in the Aravis whose name means "flowering mountain" — gentle on paper, but its narrow, knife-edge ridge is anything but soft, and the true summit stays hidden from view until you're right beneath it. A fitting match for a beer that seems delicate at first taste, with more going on underneath.
