Mont Charvin
Mont Charvin
Saison — 5.5% ABV — 29 IBU — Ginger & Black Pepper — Magnum & Aramis Hops
A spiced Saison with real bite. Fresh ginger brings heat and zing, black pepper adds a dry, peppery edge underneath, and Magnum keeps the bitterness clean while Aramis layers in its soft citrus and hay character. Dry, lively, and a little wild — closer to a spice cabinet than a flower garden.
The name may trace back to an old pre-Celtic root meaning simply "stone," a fitting description for a summit known for its bare, rocky pyramid shape rising sharply above the Aravis. From the top, the view stretches across the Bornes massif all the way to Mont Blanc. A rugged name for a beer with real edge.
