Grande Balmaz

A Saison built for the height of summer: dry, lightly spiced, effervescent. Magnum keeps the bitterness clean and restrained, while Aramis, a French aroma hop from Alsace, brings soft spice, hay, and citrus notes that sit naturally alongside the beer's farmhouse character. Blueberries fold in gently — more tartness and color than overt sweetness.

Named after the Grande Balmaz, a 2,616 m summit in the Aravis range. Buried under ski runs all winter, its slopes turn to open pasture and scree once the snow melts — the same high alpage where wild blueberries grow through the summer months.
