Grand Galibier

West Coast IPA — 7% ABV — 67 IBU — Simcoe & Citra Hops

A West Coast IPA built the classic way: assertively bitter, bone dry, no haze to hide behind. Simcoe brings pine, dank earthiness and a streak of passionfruit; Citra layers in grapefruit and citrus zest on top. Together they hit hard and clean — sharp bitterness up front, resinous and citrusy through the finish.

Named after the Grand Galibier, one of the great summits of the Alps, towering over its namesake mountain pass. Buried under snow for most of the year, the pass reveals a different face come summer: bare rock, scree slopes, and sweeping high-altitude views in every direction. Stark and uncompromising — much like the beer.
