Bella Cha
Bella Cha
NEIPA — 6.6% ABV — 10 IBU — Dolcita & Citra Hops
A NEIPA built for softness: low bitterness, full juice. Dolcita brings tropical sweetness — peach, melon, caramelized pineapple, a touch of coconut — while Citra adds the brighter citrus edge that keeps it from tipping into dessert territory. The result drinks like a fruit cocktail in beer form: hazy, smooth, and dangerously easy to finish.
The name comes from the Pointe de Bella Cha, a 2,511 m summit in the Aravis range with sweeping views toward Mont Blanc. Its name is thought to come from old Celtic roots meaning roughly "the powerful one from above" — a fitting match for a beer that feels gentle going down but carries real character.
