Pointe Percée
Witbier — 5% ABV — 13 IBU — Coriander — Nugget, Crystal & Saaz Hops
A traditional Belgian witbier: pale, cloudy, and light on the palate, brewed with wheat and finished with a dose of coriander for that classic spiced, slightly peppery lift. Nugget and Crystal sit in the background for a clean, mild bitterness, while Saaz rounds things out with its familiar soft, herbal touch — none of them meant to compete with the coriander. Easy, bright, and endlessly drinkable.
Named after the highest summit of the Aravis, a slender limestone pyramid that pierces the sky at 2,750 m — its name comes from a small, natural hole near its northern ridge, letting daylight pass straight through the rock depending on the sun's angle. A summit defined by what light can pass through it. Fitting company for a beer built on brightness and clarity.
