NEIPA — 6.2% ABV — 14 IBU — Motueka, Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka Hops

A NEIPA built on three New Zealand powerhouses. Motueka brings lime and lychee, Riwaka piles on intense grapefruit and passionfruit, and Nelson Sauvin adds its signature white-wine, gooseberry twist on top — together, an unusually vivid, almost winey hop character over a soft, low-bitterness base. Juicy, aromatic, and a little wild.

Named after the Grand Bargy, the larger, more demanding sibling of Petit Bargy in the Bornes massif — a 2,301 m summit reached across steep scree and short scrambles, capped by a cross and a 360° panorama over the Bornes and Aravis ranges. Bearded vultures nest among its cliffs, keeping the mountain as wild as it looks. Untamed and a little dramatic — much like this beer.
